I love christmas!!! I truly feel it's the most wonderful time of the year! its a time to be with family and friends. it's a time to give and receive gifts. it's a time to remember our saviors birth!! we got a tree and put up our stockings, but my most favorite christmas decoration is our nativity set. and this is not just any nativity set, it was delivered to us personally by carlos verde from bethlehem itself and it is made from olive tree wood.

now you might think that the wisemen are missing but like my father always taught me, Matthew 2:9-11 "After they (the Magi) had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh." Notice, they visited them at a house not a stable. So the wisemen were not at the stable but were still searching for Jesus when he was born in a stable. Therefore, our wisemen are all the way over here...

And as my dad pointed out, they are in the east as the text says! so next time you set up your nativity, be biblically correct and put the wisemen far off in the east. on second thought, do what you want but if i'm over, i just might comment about it.
enjoy this wonderful time of year and as my grammy always said, "jesus is the reason for the season!" merry christmas!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS :) GOD BLESS YOU :)
I second that your philosophy!
Merry Christmas! Our wise men are not there either. They travel around the house!
Loved having you here for Christmas. Thanks for making so much coffee! and for all your help all throughout the day. We love you both very much.
